A superb culinary experience is guaranteed in the exclusive restaurant at Château at Wyndham Chateau de la Cazine Halcyon Resort. From the 1st of February to the 31st of May and from the 1st of September to the 30th of November, we are opened 5 days a week from Tuesday lunch to Sunday lunch (close Sundays evening and Mondays) During the high season (June, July and August) the restaurant wil be opened 7 days a week. The opening time for lunch is from noon to 1.30pm and for dinner from 7.30pm to 9.00pm (9.30pm during the summer).

Accompanied by our expert Pastry Chef and a number of talented Sous-Chefs, the team produce delectable menus to delight and inspire the palate – with Pierre’s flamboyant and characterful cooking style, together with a passion for local seasonal ingredients, in evidence throughout.

Head Chef
Native of Chambon-sur-Lignon in Haute-Loire, Pierre Guilhot began his apprenticeship at Mister Riouffred to Yssingeaux, then exercised his business in Haute-Loire and in the regions of Lyon and Saint-Etienne.
After a reconversion in the communication for a few years, Pierre Guilhot discovered the region Limousin where he eventually settled down, and took back his chief activity in various restaurants of Haute-Vienne and the Creuse.
His cooking is very diversified and simple, he loves the classics whom we can revisit and the products of the region to be emphasized. The menu which he suggests you discovering to the restaurant of the Castle of Cazine is influenced by the cooking of Auvergne and Limousin, and decorated with diverse flavors and spice.
